The first step of the evaluation procedure, the so-called administrative check, during which the administrative compliance is verified of the submitted applications, is officially concluded.

All in all a total of 59 proposals were submitted out of which 2 were received after the deadline and another 8 were found to be administratively noncompliant. The 49 proposals that have passed the administrative check will be further evaluated under step 2 of the evaluation phase, which is currently ongoing.

During step 2 the concept notes that were received within the deadline and that satisfy administrative criteria in the checklist will undergo an evaluation of the relevance of the action, its methodology and sustainability, as well as of the operational capacity and expertise of the applicant.
